This 30,000 square foot retail space's 4 story parking garage utilizes FDC installed Federal APD Universal One Ticket Spitters and Universal Paystations for on-foot pedestrians.

This premiere Orlando resort on International Drive wanted to utilize existing RFID card access and Saflok touchless card readers and integrate them with the parking garage access and special guest information and agenda kiosks.  Also required was seamless integration of Automation Hotel Management, Epitome Front Desk Management and valet software systems.

The premiere condo complex in downtown Tampa, The Skypointe Condo Building is home to many professional athletes and utilizes FDC's access control & parking control products & services including barcode readers & card access controls for their parking garage.

This 10 story condo building has an access controlled parking garage installed by FDC.  Sectional Chamberlain grill gates and Magnetic Automation articulating barrier arms work in conjunction with NexWatch Access Controls and fixed Bosch security cameras keeping areas secured for residents and guests.
